The coloring/patina process is done by hand, and it is both an art and a science so coins will vary slightly. Coins are struck one at a time in the USA using antique machinery and traditional coining techniques.

An interesting coin! Being able to carry the moon in my front pocket (well, almost!). Not a deep stamped coin, but subtle with a soft contrast! I’m very satisfied, and may treat myself to a silver version a little later on! If your interest runs to unusual coins, and EDC, this may be your coin. Although the moons features obviously stay the same, the Blood Moon story is interesting as pertains to Israel. Worth a read!
The wax sealed envelope had my name hand written, which was nice. Each coin inside was individually packaged with their own wax seals. The coins are wonderful quality metal and will be greatly treasured (get it?). I would have preferred the stamping to be a bit more deep to allow for stronger contrast of the moon's details. Still, it is a fantastic coin that Shire Post creates and packages with care.
A true masterpiece.
Well made and a great design. Perfect large size for EDC.
I've owned half a dozen copper coins with different designs. This one is by far my favorite size and absolute love the detail of the moon. This will not be my last shire post purchase
