Though it looks tasty, don't eat this pizza!
Coins are struck one at a time in the USA using antique machinery and traditional coining techniques. A colorful description is included with history and facts about the coin.
Note—Each order comes packed with a handwritten envelope straight from Shire Post Mint. We will make this out to whomever is on the SHIPPING ADDRESS. If you are giving this as a gift and would like a different name on the envelope, please include the recipient's name in the Special Instructions field as you complete your order.
The concepts are really neat! Me and my fianceé were really looking forward to the release and bought them immediately the morning they were released (the whole piece pizza and whole cut pieced pizza coins). They have good weight and are very durable (the pre cut pizza was quite hard to bend and break into small pieces; for us, this was a positive)
Who thought hat anyone would release a pizza coin - one that you could break into pieces, no less - for Pi Day (March 14 or 3/14 in the States)? Definitely a creative piece.
I’ve ordered a lot of pizza in my life, and this had to be the delivery that made me happiest. The pizza has a great heft, came with a delightful card on its nutritional information, and the box is simply adorable. I’d tip you if I could.
It's just a neat little guy. This coin is gorgeous. The actual face of the pizza has a lot of impressive detail. It has a good weight and feels nice to hold or keep in your pocket. The packaging was wonderful. I love having it sit in its little pizza box on my shelf.
The idea is super creative, I love it! I especially love the accidental anchovy...and the itty-bitty pizza box is delightful! Bought one for a friend as well and it made her day.
