I love all of the coins Shire Post Mint has to offer, and decided to go with a brass moon coin as my first purchase. I couldn’t be happier with it. Its design, looks, weight are all lovely. I will cherish it and keep it with me! Thank you for the excellent packaging and lovely wax seal too. They made my day a little brighter!
Great detail and service
It's good, especially for the fairly low price. I have a silver moon coin, and it's slightly thicker, so I kinda wish the brass one was as thick, but if you don't have one, you wouldn't know the difference. I use it to make difficult decisions, and I'm still alive, so the coin works!
Thanks for the input! We picked this size for the brass since it's an easier size and helps us keep the costs lower. We'll keep your feedback in mind for future releases :)
For me the 1.5” coin was what I wanted (although I didn’t know it at the time). This coin looks fine but has very little heft. The 1.5” really shows off the detail and feels good and not too big (I was worried the 1.5” would feel like a coaster but it’s actually a nice size). So, in summary, feels a little thin and doesn’t show off the details as well as the 1.5” but overall a fine coin at a nice price.
Got one in brass, will get more in copper and silver. Very well made.
