MIDDLE-EARTH™ Layered Coin Bracelet
Wear three coins of THE SHIRE™
Three coins from The Shire rest on this stainless steel bracelet: a brass Shire Tuppence (the largest coin on this bracelet), a copper Shire Penny, and a tiny copper Shire Farthing. Coin text is inscribed in Tengwar. The coins will each feature a tree that will be one of the following variants: pine, elm, willow, and oak. The card inside provides translation of the coin text on each coin.
- 3 coins, drilled and joined by a jump ring
- Mounted on adjustable wire bracelet, stainless steel, certified nickel free
The coins in this set from the world of J. R. R. Tolkien are struck from solid copper and brass, measure 1 to 2.2 cm in diameter, and weigh .5 to 7 grams. Coins designed and engraved by Greg Franck-Weiby. Learn more about our artists.
The set contains coins treated to look as if they have been handled and circulated within their world. This process is done by hand, and it is both an art and a science. Coloring and patinas will vary. No two sets are exactly the same! Coins are struck one at a time in the USA using antique machinery and traditional coining techniques. A colorful description is included with history, translations, and facts about the coins.
