We heard through the SPM customer grapevine that calendar coins are a thing! A very special thing, as it turns out. These tokens have been integral to the pockets of many for centuries, providing a convenient way for everyone to check the date, or even the moon cycle, before paper calendars became widely available. This inspired us to mint our own spin on the little metal pocket calendar that has kept so many people up-to-date with the world!
This Two-Year Calendar Coin features an engraved calendar on each side. One option features 2026 on one side and 2027 on the other. If you want to check the date without getting sucked into your screen, just flip out this coin instead. For the hours in between, use it as a worry stone or add a keyring so you can decorate your daily planners, journals, tote bags, and more!

Our Process
Shire Post Mint coins are struck one at a time in West Fork, Arkansas, USA using solid metals, hand-engraved designs, antique machinery and traditional coining techniques. For antiqued coins, the coloring/patina process is done by hand, and it is both an art and a science so coins will vary slightly. Our unique packaging includes a description of each coin and translations if applicable.
